also bolt your brake lines to the struts, you have the bolt in the hole and the hose right next to it...

Here is a video of the car Updated since the last one. Something happened with the Audio :/ The car always has an issue starting once its warm for some reason. Its Idling at 750 rpm so i adjust it to 1k or so. I yet to drive the car since it has no tags but will do a video on the car driving down the road a few times. Hopefully the audio will work next time.

vibrant makes good stuff, thrush is good and cheap too. just get a real sized muffler and you won't have issue. i think the price of an 06 si muffler will probably outweigh the coolness. might as well pick up an s2000 twin loop.

    Re: Shyboy's 89 Coupe

I have to look those up then, I have a large stock looking muffler but it has this annoying sound I guess what people call rasping. I think the issue is actually that the muffler is too far back and the tailpipe had to be a bit too long to get it out past the bumper, no sure though. It's 2.5 outlet but the sound makes it sound too small still.

    Re: Shyboy's 89 Coupe

Thanks for the reply messy. I ordered goodridge ss brake lines from andysautosport and they are taking forever to ship them. Gonna talk to their manager or supervisor tomorrow to see whats going on. If i cancel the order ill just buy the techna.fit ones here locally.

    Re: Shyboy's 89 Coupe

OK just called AndyAutoSports and never again am i gonna order parts from them. They told me that they are Back ordered and would have to wait an additional 2 weeks to get them. They should at least put that on their site so people can get them else where. Anyways i need help on what hub and wheel bearing combo i should get? My driver side bearing is making alot of noise and its bugging the shit out of me and want it to quiet down. So what brand would you recommend? Ill Probably order them on Rockauto and since this is my first time ever buying this i just wanna get the right one. Do it once but do it right is the saying i go by

    Re: Shyboy's 89 Coupe

Ok so after a month i finally got my brake lines cause they were backed ordered. Now that my car has brakes i can now focus on the Head for upgrades.

Here is my to do list:
    Rebuild Head
    Port Match
    Polish
Edelbrock Victor X Intake Manilfold B16(Would it work? I know i would need to modify)
    4th gen injectors
Shave head a lil bit And
A20 Level 2 Cam Regrind from BIsimoto

would this work with OBD0 or would i need to go OBD1 to tune the engine when im done? Im hoping to reach 160Hp like stated in my other thread for performance if not 150 is decent.

Could i get the OG's and members that know what i listed here. I really wanna get my engine to spec this year so i could start on my GSR LSD build. Opinions welcomed

IF your going to do a b series intake its simple. just trace the a20 gasket on the b series intake manifold. drill the holes needed and water jacket off. remember no water is going to run threw your tb/intake. i would go obd1 when you do all those mods. the head flow will be way different youll lack power if you dont tune. other then that your good.
