    Where is my main Relay?

    i know its under the dash, but where under the dash? anyone have a photo?

    I did a forums search but all that did was pull every post that ever hads the words main relay in them, was about 20+ pages of posts

    Behind the fuse box, screwed into the side panel is where I found mine. Took me forever though to actually find it and then getting to the screw was another matter.

    Use a 10" or so extension (socket wrench) and weave it through the wires from the fuse box. Took me less than a minute to replace.

    Subsequently, I bought a nice tool from Home Depot (Husky) that would have made my life easier. It's a socket wrench that has a rotating end of the handle. You just have to put the socket on a bolt and twist the wrench handle. My problem was I couldn't get enough range of motion with my existing wrench in the confines of the change drawer opening.

    I lay down on the carpet, and stuck a huuuuge extention on my ratchet. It was fairly painless...
