no i have not tryed them but have been thinking bout these for awhile kind of wondering the same
andysautosport.com. they've got rear arches for bout $29 i believe. dont kno anyone thats used them but they're cheaper.
I just sent back my set that i bought. I needed ones for a hatch , they sent me two left hand side arches, one for a 4 door and one for a 2 door. Very nice people to deal with , they took care of the issue. I do admit the patches from them, when you get the right ones, are great, decent gauge steel too

I bought a set for insurance purposes, but they look good to me. My cousin used them on his 92 Civic and they worked very well.

great thread! i was looking for these exact parts. i might try them out on mine, the rear area is rusted really bad, these would be a great way to practice body work
There are rules here!
id look into practicing bodywork on junk pieces, no offense but replacing and welding in new arches correctly isn't exactly for the novice bodyman. PM me sometime and i can give yah pointers on where to start

i meant i would practice on this ugly car, in case i ever need to work on a nice one lol
i've got plenty of welding/fab experience, but not much bodywork. i think i'm too impatient for it

ok then , yah it takes a lot of patience at first until you know all the shortcuts and tricks. Basically if you can Spackle a wall , you can easily use body filler. I still prefer and use lead for filler , depending of the situation and area im working with. Id say to give yourself a challenge work on a black car. black tends to show imperfections very well.

I picked up a set that may go up for sale since i have a clean chassis that is garaged. If anyone is in need of a complete set that come with a good portion of the sheet metal pm me.
I bought a wheel arch for the hatch from this store. It looks good and I'll buy one for the other side in the near future.
I couldn't buy the rocker panels since they were B/O. I ended buying them from Honda so it's even better.

I need these parts!

I've ordered the left and right sides, and week after next the arches get fixed. Some helpful citizen is paying for about half of the total work, because he forgot to look in his mirror before backing out of a parking space.
