Indeed there is.
Well, possibly but not likely. With a failing, out of adjustment or sticking fast idle valve, the engine will either idle too high, do the "idle bounce" or it will run poor when cold. Your idle speed is controlled by your IACV (idle air control valve). If it is idling too low or bogs down then picks back up, you either have a faulty IACV or your static idle speed is set incorrectly.
Here is how you adjust it:
Fuel Injected Engines
1985 ACCORD
Start the engine and allow it to reach normal operating temperature. The cooling fan must come on at least once.
Connect a suitable tachometer using the manufacturer's instructions.
Check idle speed with all accessories OFF.
NOTE: To prevent the idle control system from operating, pinch off vacuum hose number "27.''
Idle speed should be 700–800 rpm (in neutral). Adjust the idle speed, if necessary, by turning idle adjusting screw.

Check the idle controller boosted speed with the air conditioning ON. Idle speed should be 750–850 rpm (in neutral).
Adjust idle speed, if necessary, by turning the air conditioning idle adjusting screw.
