kinda ticking??

Is there anyone that can tell me what the ticking sound is from under my car, near the drivers side, i think? and also, is having a small exhaust leak near the muffler, something i should be worried about...

Hmm. A little more description would be helpful. Is this a ticking that gets faster as the engine revs? Does it only happen under certain circumstances, like going around corners? Do you hear it in the cabin or standing outside next to the car? Etc.

Exhaust leak is only a problem if the cops think it is...
