Hello 3GEEZ!!!
Last night I was on my way home in the snow, and as I put my foot on the brake I began to slide forward. My front passenger-side wheel hit a curb, but I was able to go home after that. However, this morning as I'm driving there is a medium click or pop coming from the front driver-side wheel area. As the wheel turns, it does this every 3-5 seconds, sometimes not at all.
What could it be......?
Well, it's probably a good idea to poke your head under there and have a peek. We can conjecture, but only you can find out for sure.

Axel, bent rim, tie rod end bent(inner)? Maybe even ice in your wheel? like dr snooz sayz check it out man!
Park somewhere flat and make sure the wheel is straight.
