I would like to know so I can use one in my B20A gearbox and keep my intermediate shaft, cause the manual A-series diff won't let me.
They are different, as I recall. That's about as much as I can tell you.

okay so today i found out that all a18s have smaller cv joints than the a20s. and the manual a20 diff fits in my b20a gearbox with the b20a ring gear. yay
