Spring Seats

Hey 3geez, I bought some Tokicos and H&R springs a while ago and I'm about ready to put them in.

After doing some research I have come up with this:

Now my question is: is it okay to transfer the old oem rubber inserts that sit on the spring seats of the stock shocks onto my new Tokicos, or should they be replaced?

I'm guessing since the inserts are 22-26 years old, they will either be too worn or disintegrate upon removal.
