How Much $$ to turn Flywheel?

I changed the clutch last week, (well had it changed), I didn't have the time to do it..
But, they told me that I needed to resurface the flywheel because of the grooves in it. (OK I understand.. Like brakes)
But they charged me an EXTRA $75 to send it to tha machine shop to do It.
DID they get over on me with the price or what??

It's a bit steep for a flywheel resurfacing.

It should cost no more than $40.00. Even at that, it's on the high end price.

I would cost me $40 CAD so about $25 US.
