This is my New DD An i love it. Sold my hatchy YEA I KNOW LOL. i had big plans for it. but i didnt feel like dumping a bunch of money into when i could get somthing legit and that i can put a B18c1 in the future.

Her she is 89 Civic Dx 4door

Stock Exhaust. Guy took out the exhuast
Stock header (putting a header on this weekend)

Skunky 2 Coilovers Pro

Thats it Its a clean ass car I love it. WHen i drove it back home. Man it felt good. I got nothing but good things to tell you lol

Only thing it has is a STeady CEL once i turn it on IDK what it is. Going to have my tuner look at it. BUt runs good regradless.

Cheers. I am putting a B18c1 in this. Pretty easy to do lol Compared to a 3g. i can get one pretty cheap. BUt this z6 is pretty quick. Vtec Kicks Hard as a SOB. SO this going to be my DD with some GO LOL. Ill post a vid once its decent out.

Thats a good buy man. Liking the fact that it already has a swap in it. That sticker on the glass though I dislike. Very clean overall.

This old guy down the street from me is driving one of those civics but I doubt its been swapped or anything. I halfway want to ask them if they will sell me it but I dont have money =(

Reason why I say that is cause I been around alot of y8 vtecs an z6 an mini mes. An they get down. But this guy build this one. I'm going to check the comp cause I think it's a high comp build. I'll do a vid soon this week. But I love the car way over my hatch lol. When I drove this felt like a b16 but like they say b16 are like z6s lol. Well do man I'll go see what it does. But b18c1 is a must lol

Not gonna lie thou my first civic or vtec I ever owned. Lol.

every first owner says the same. my z6 mini me build was 10.3:1 and it motored, never POPPED vtec though as you can't really hear the crossover in the single cam.

I've never noticed the VTAK in a single cam motor. Not that I've been in a lot of them. The F20C and the 2ZZ definitely have some instant kick. The 2ZZ is more violent and abrupt. Could also be due to the weight difference of the cars as well too.

Hey rendon, wanna give me that Z6 when you do your B18 swap? I've got a 1gee that could use a little bit of that D-series goodness...

What do those little sedans weigh anyways? I know my 81 is right about 2100lbs. If only it had the double-wishbones.

they're right about 2200. he's got the 88-89 so it's a bit lighter on account of the seatbelts and reinforcements.

the only thing i didn't like about the sedan when i first got it was the lack of a rear sway bar but angus fixed that right up for me with some custom bracketry.
