    headlights flipping out?

ok i noticed that when i used to hook up my charger to my battery a long time ago and the headlights would continuaously flip up and down non stop until i disconnect the battery. now that i put the battery back in(remember this is after a swap) and i turn on the headlights they do the same ting. i tryed just flipping them with the switch on the dash and got the same result. i looked at a scematic and it hasnt helped me at all so any advice?

My 89 started doing that last week, I replaced the headlight/turnsignal assembly switch.
You can rebuild your old one if you cant find a replacement

    Re: headlights flipping out?

I'm starting to think it's the relays because it was just the drivers side flipping up and down then I switched the relays and then the passenger side had trouble flipping up because there was a piece of metal blocking the lower rotating arm. I bent it down and it flips smoothly now but the other relay just clicks over and over

I replaced the switch on the dash and it did the job for me.
