One more last question....please take a look

I got the ground controls and konis on up front and ground controls and tokico's in the rear. The car rides spectacular and i'm 97% sure I did it right however the front makes a sound like your riding on a gravel road when you on a paved road. Thats the best way I can explain it and it doesn't take long to get on your nerves. The rear doesn't do this. But the front rides smooth but makes this the same sound as if your riding on gravel doing about 40. Its this rattling/shaking type of noise. The spring is tight in the perch and the koni's look like the bumpstop is touching the top of the shock body but it isn't lowered that much. I'm about in the middle of the coilover with it locked into place. Anybody run into this?....any clues?
In the end...it doesn't even matter.

rule number one. NEver interchange shocks and coils on the front or back. Same shocks and coils go either in the front or in the rear.

ok but i wasn't going to put 110 dollar struts on the rear when it didn't need it. But now the front keeps making this racket....maybe there's something I left out. What were all them rubber rings for that came with the GC's?
In the end...it doesn't even matter.

I think the rubber rings is where you lost out. Ive never seen them before but I have a feeling that is what the cushion is for the coilover sleeve and the strut.

    Didnt it have instructions?!

Yeah well in a perfect world we'd do that, but luckily our cars let use get a way with it since the dampning requirments in the rear aren't near as high as the front. And not all the spring makers have the same rear spring rates anyway's so....... And I ran my car that way for awhile and I can't report anything truely bad about it, frankly it worked rather well.

Now when I went to koni's I thought about saving some money with tokico's. But since I could afford it and I wanted to see what the adjustable part of the Koni's was all about at all 4 corners I went ahead and used them front and back. I would not recommend running tokico's in the rear with springs that are any stiffer than the ground-controls, so far only the drop zone coilovers are stiffer in the rear that I'm aware of.
