Yay for paint! Can't wait to see what it looks like when finished.

The pics I posted was after 1 day work only. There are too much work still to do with the car before the primer.
The paint was too thick so he used paint remover to get rid of the little cracks. The damage in the left fender has been fixed already but I still believe we are going to need a couple of full working days to finish it.
My friend is really knowledgeable about painting, so my car will turn into the second best maroon car in this site

Buzo is doing the right thing in this case with sanding the paint down to the metal. As a suggestion try leaving the original paint on the car, don't go all the way down to the metal. General rule of thumb: the best paint is factory paint as far as adhesion goes. get a really nice high building primer too and not the stuff in the rattle cans!

I'd look at the hood fender alignments sometime. From your pictures the hood is not centered between the front fenders. It's something you can do anytime after paint.

Certainly there are some alignments to do, hopefully the guy painting it do it for me!
Last week's update was just more sanding. Right now all roof, sides and hood is bare metal, so it doesn't worth a picture yet. The goal for tomorrow is to apply the primer. I hope so.
Looks Great
2004-2011?
The little bit that I can see looks good, but we need more pics.
