    Re: gfrg88's Prelude build..

so lets do math.... 8% gain per pound of boost.
    94.45 *8% = 7.556hp per psi. x 14psi = 105.784 + 94.45(at its presant state)= 200.234hp. not bad.
    151.12 + 94.45 = 245.57hp @20 psi

hahaha, Yea funny when i read the email update, i thought the same thing. But i would just like for him to break the 200 mark. It always seems like its the hardest mark to break in these cars under 400. I'm hoping myself to break the 150whp mark... and its def an uphill battle right now!

    Re: gfrg88's Prelude build..

Update. Picked up my exhaust e-cutoff. picked up the T fitting to supply the fuel to make nitrous kit wet. Ordered new emulator cable so I can tune (my other is fucked up), and hulog so I can do highway pulls and log everything. I'm still waiting on my apartment complex to let me know if there is a garage open so I can work on my car.. worst case scenario is I'll have to get some buddies to help me out in their garage. hope not..

My goal is to have the car running on 10-12 with 35hp wet shot to help spool turbo, on E85 by Feb.

Siphoned gas out today. Had to jump start since its been sitting since dyno day. Started up fine. After let it run for 5 mins I started driving to fill up with e85, car died a block down the street.. completely dead. Looks like alternator issues. Probably wiring issues from my shitty tuck. FML.

    Re: gfrg88's Prelude build..

    Finally an update.

Decided to tear into harness again and redo it better. Just going to touch the half ass parts(no shrink tubing). Also get rid of all extra wiring not needed.

Got civic radiator mocked up. Need to weld some tabs in.

Got Turbo Mani and Turbo on. Fits pretty decent. Hits dipstick, but dont think it'll be a huge issue.downpipe will be a bitch. Routing oil feed line tonight and removing pan to tap return

    Pics soon

    Re: gfrg88's Prelude build..

think I'm gonna order a sandwich plate for oil feed line. probably easier, and cleaner. found my alternator problem too. I didn't solder one of the wires from it, and became loose. so that will be fixed tomorrow. Going to see if I can pick up that adapter plate at a local shop also. getting closer!!!

    Re: gfrg88's Prelude build..

Got oil line hooked up last night. feed line didn't work with the damn turbo kit. Had to go out and look for an 3/8" to 1/8" reducer. got that hooked up. BPST T fitting didn't work, was hitting that coolent tube right next to it. I ended up using an NPT 90, and am praying it doesn't leak.

Spend the rest of the night going through boxed trying to get all my tools out of my storage and into garage. Was hoping to get to grinder, to hack some more of the bumper away, but didn't find it. More updates tomorrow hopefully. that's if not I'm not too hung over

Have fun out there tonight guys, and be safe!!

Gio did you forget to put a wastegate on that turbo manifold....

Also did you ever run a compression test after you put the new head on to make sure the rings are good?
