Hesitation

[My 89 Accord Lxi]

my car hesitates when i floor it sometimes one day i was comming from school and i bruned out cuz that stupid toy cop in the parking lot was bitchin about my music and he turns around to drive after me and i bark in second (they can do shit after u leave the parking lot) but after i barked it seemed like my car was holding back then when it hit about 4000rpm it stopped hesitating and then i was gone but i couldnt get over 98ph it wont go any further any one know whats wrong?

That's happened to me sometimes too.. I would floor it but nothing really happens until 4k rpm. After a bit of driving and speeding it returns to normal.. there was also a time when i floored it going up a hill and I couldn't go faster than 60kph

so how did u fix it? cuz i have the same problem sometimes but i dont slow down uphill

Well i dumped a bunch of oil and coolant in my car after that 60kph uphill because that was some freaky shit. The rest of the time I just floor it and rip up the road a bit then it seems to work the same it used to.
