want to go lower than low

my car sits low already, the back can be dropped way more than i'll ever want it, but the front can't go any lower without the upper control arm hitting the body. i can cut and weld if need be, but is there another way to get it lower without damaging the body?

unless you get a shorter hub off something else, cutting a hole is probably the only way you can get it to go lower
