ill put pics up when i get home but there is a pull out lever in my car that you can pull out and it reatracts back in idk what it is my friends think its a primer im not sure.
are you talking about the tilt steering wheel lock?
yeah it's a mysterious thing to a LOT of accord owners
The primer thing is not so hard to believe. The lever shaft is really smooth and it makes a kind of hissing noise, like a pump, when you pull it out and then let it retract. It's a bit of an add functional part, but I guess it works!
I wondered what that lever did for 6 months. Then one day I was driving going 65 and decided to figure out what it did, I pulled it out and down, then I saw a cop so I put my hands back on the wheel. Then it moved all the way down, in the process I swerved to the right. I got pulled over, and explained it to the cop. He let me go, hahah.
its a bloody brilliant idea
instead of those ones like toyota or nissan ones where you need almost super human strength to release the column tilt lock
