installed teh poolude p/s line, hoping its gonna stop my massive p/s leak i had.

kinked the hose in the process, so its gonna need something done about that. lucky i have a spare

will attempt to install these soon. don't know the size, but they're bigger than stock & you can't fit anything smaller than a 15" wheel over them

and also put a vigor grille back on after the chrome trim off the accord one fell off down the road

and gave the car a quick water blast

forgot to mention that i got another pioneer tsw3004spl, so will have to build another box for that soon

i've tried that, you end up with like 2-3 degrees positive camber lol. and yeah louvres make these cars look awesome. the car would look naked without them now

update time, i got me this cheap little hack for $400 which is all legit to use for a few weeks while i do some more work to the honda haha

so plans for the accord now that I don't have to rush to get it back on teh road.

try out my other h22a which I have no idea of its condition. (nothing wrong with current motor, just blows a bit of smoke every now and then cause of valve stems seals)
shift the motor another 10-20mm towards the drivers side, which will hopefully solve my axle binding issue.
completely cut out the dog bone mount box section (it annoys me now)
maybe attempt to install prelude brakes
pretty up my crossmember (i built another one which i beefed up with some angle iron, and some 3mm steel plate)
make a more h22-friendly exhaust
try out my lsd gearbox which i have no idea of its condition
and probably other stuff

i made a start and pulled the lsd box apart cause it wasn't engaging any gear for some reason. couldnt figure out why so i stuck it back together and all the gears worked


the car needs to lose some weight too. it weighed 1430kg with jsut me, my mate & my tools in there :@

drilled out the rest of the dog bone box section. much more room. threw out the leaky brake master cylinder which ate all the paint in its area, then water blasted the bay. might replace the brake line that goes to the LF of the car as that has probably been bent a few too many times now. also slotted the engine mounts so i can shift it to the side a bit more when the motor is back in. basically doing stuff i shoulda done before i threw the 1st h22 in lol

after much other fucking-around i ended up putting the m2b4 gearbox on the h22 and putting it in. then realized that afterwards that the lsd gearbox is 10-15mm wider than the non-lsd box where the axles go in. so now i have to make up another short axle for the drivers side and play around with the engines positioning (yay for adjustable mounts lol)

but the lsd does work and the gearbox doesn't crunch any gears

put the non-lsd box back in after finding out it was too wide where the axles went in and caused lots of axle bind on my shortest axles. oh well..

so went to re-paint the rocker cover today to find my cam belt has seen better days. didn't notice this when i first put it on the motor. it was actually worse on the teeth side of the belt

thanks to my slotted engine mounts, this job is actually possible to do with the motor in the car

shit part is i broke both of my tensioners, so now i don't have anything to tension the belt. i'll prolly just make my own tensioner cause I'm not paying $150 for one
anyways back to the rocker cover, i sanded it back then gave it some primer

and a decent layer of paint this time


i'm happy with how it looks, and i haven't even cleared it yet
