    running rich/failed echeck high CO

What causes these problems? When I first start the car you can smell and see the unburnt fuel vapors. So I'm assuming this has atleast something to do with why it failed. The car is a carbed 89 dx 2door. I have replaced the plugs and wires and was gonna do the O2 sensor. And other ideas? The car is also hard to start. You have to hold the gas pedal down to get it to fire up and I'm sure this is causing some of the problem with it being overly rich also?

Ohio..... Are you allowed to post pictures on here without being a paying member so I can show what I came up with that solved my high idle temporarily?
