Front End Rumbling/Shaking....

hey all...I have an 89' LX Accord automatic with approximately 80k miles on her...

she runs terrific but the only thing that gets me is when I am driving and come to a red light (or any type of in transit) stop, while I am stopped, the front end, meaning the hood and engine really vibrate and make noise which is really annoying.

the hood rumbles and shakes and I hear squeaks...

this all disappears as soon as I hit the gas and get going where she is as quiet and smooth as a new Lexus...

no noise or rumbling when she is in park or reverse...

any solutions to this problem???

Idle RPM out of spec, too low or too high, usually too low. Engine mounts tired.
