    88 Accord LX-I

Well I bought my Accord almost a year ago. Drove the hell out of it delivering pizzas here and going to college. Managed to get better pay so finally able to do some of my long awaited tweaks to my A20.

So far my focus has been the exhaust system. Picked up a set of Pacesetters pretty cheap off eBay, purchased the back half of the exhaust from Advance Auto. Nothing too major, just Walker Resonator and Thrush Muffler. Looking to move to the front half of my air flow next.

I noticed several have talked about swapping out a B18 series intake, if anyone has any input on getting more air into it I'm all ears. As for pictures I'll toss some up as soon as I can pass the requirement for them. Car is in decent enough shape, not too worried about the appearance as I am the performance.

    I'll post more later.

It's going to take some time and a lot of work to get the rust out of the car but it's planned for the future. Here this winter we had quite a bit of snow in the Midwest. I don't think it helped the rust issues either, but it is what it is.

Couple shots of what it endured this winter:

The black line you see in the photo is my trunk

First shipment of upgrades for my A20. Was like Christmas morning for me!

    Even my cat was excited.

Putting the exhaust in it this Thursday or Friday. I'll snap more of it when I am done. Pretty much keeping a photo log of everything I've went through with this car. I don't know what it is about it but I love it.

if you live where rust is a problem you should strip the black paint on the headers and paint it with ceramic header paint.

Will do and thanks for the tip. Quick question if you happen to know. I have my headers already but need a plug to go in the extra hole on the side of the header. I want to say I was reading somewhere about a plug someone managed to find to fit it but can't remember which one they said. If anyone knows which one it is the info would help with getting these headers in there.

Also removing the AC pump and hoses while I have the exhaust pulled.
