    Losing Power going up inclines

Hey guys, very new here and just wanted to get some insight into the problems with my 88 Accord ex-i Auto with a 2.0L, First of all I wanna mention that this car sat for 2 years and has just been recently running. Whenever I go up inclines (They dont even have to be that steep) the car seems to lose power, it doesn't sound like its missing or anything, I have been told by a few people that it may be 1. The old gas still in it, 2. The fuel Filter is clogged or 3. That the Cat may be clogged, I scowered the internet to try and trouble shoot this and haven't come up with anything so far, so hopefully someone on here could help

well, if you don't correct 1 and 2, 3 will likely follow!
It would not hurt anything to do the preventative items, such as changing the in tank sock filter, fuel filter, pvc and air filter.
