Exclamation Hard too start and wont stay on

Ok here we go lately my rpms have been acting funny and also my vacuum has been acting up. today after day driving i was going to go out and try to start it it wouldn't it had been doing this so i did the usual floor it and cranked it started very forcefully. right after it would start it would shut right down so i took of the air filter cover and the little screen on the carb and i saw that both jets were going crazy dripping gas both ports had a nice puddle on the bottom. ok im almost sure i need to over haul the carb but is there anything i can do to fix that problem without disconnecting all the lines and removing the carb from the base hope to get a lot of opinions and thoughts on what to do thanks in advanced

You're pretty much done, I think. Being in California, the Weber swap isn't an option for you either. So you're stuck with the OEM carb. Which will be joyful to get rebuilt right. Sorry bro.
