haha yea but im not gonna keep the ls in there for long im only using it to drive it then im rebuilding the b18a1 block with the type r pistons in it for the ls vtecso that way i can see what all im not going to use in the engine bay then i can shave what i dont need and tuck it haha (no homo)

i got a deal on the block tho haha i paid $120 for the short block with the p73 pistons and gsr goodies on it and ls vtec conversion too haha so ill take the deals :p

you have access to E85 around there?? with that high CR, I'd look into that, or meth injection... with that high cr it would have see a shit ton more power with higher octane!
sadly no the highest octane we have around here is 93 which is all i run in the em1but my buddy ran 93 in this short block i got from him and he made a little over 200 with this set up so ill be more than happy

anyone know how to get the shifter cable out of the transmission that one of the last steps of me getting the a20 pulled. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
You need to disconnect it at the shift lever. Its on page 397 on the 1989 USDM service manual for more info.

thanks man i love both my cars but this ls is going to be temporary until i rebuild the other short block for ls vtec then im going to build it up a bit. also going to drop it quite a bit and paint it graphite mica metallic and put some diamond racing steelies on it and also paint the engine bay a purple, idk what shade yet.
not an update on the ca5 but its an update for the em1 im going to pick these up tomorrow oem honda ctr headlights ftw
