Will all 1.8 CVCC heads fit on my 79 Accord?

I took my head in to be rebuilt and it turns out that it's cracked. I was wondering if any 79-81 CVCC 1.8 heads will fit on my block? There's a few in the area so I'm hoping they will.

Thanks again for all the help.

I think they should all be interchangeable, though late in '80 (for '81 model year) the CVCC heads were apparently revised so that each cylinder had its own exhaust port out of the head (4-port), instead of only 2. The earlier set-up undoubtedly to try and retain exhaust heat as long as possible to help burn off exhaust emissions but probably increasing the likelyhood of blown headgaskets if overheated and reducing power. So '81 models opened up the ports and adopted an exhaust catalytic converter like everyone else...
Get a 4-port head and you will need the appropriate exhaust manifold and it might increase exhaust emissions slightly.

The non-CVCC engines were always 4-port and bolt straight on..
You probably already know to avoid the 2ng gen 82-3 EK heads since both intake/exhaust manifolds and cylinder head studs were revised & not interchangeable.

Also the 2g 82-3 EL engine. Slight change on head stud bolts so it dont match earlier engines.
