try turning the drum, if not that, you may need to replace the shoes, too...what brand shoes are they? and do you use the brakes lightly? average? real heavy?

they are the stock ones i think and right now i break lightly so i dont hear that annoying sound
breaking lightly causes that glaze to build up in the first place...a constant problem for people who start breaking three miles from the stop light (a little exaserrated, but you get the idea)

i think i have th esame problem ! and evry time you clean them and sand them it goes for a while and comes back right ?
