idont think an crx tranny will bolt up. But I've heard that you can use integra gears from certain years, for shorter gears.Originally Posted by vtechkiller

CRX tranny from a 1st gen one with a ZC twink inside will fit fine, same engine and box as the 1st gen Teggy. Use the Prelude 1.8 carbed flywheel and clutch these are lighter parts and the flywheel can be replaced by clutchnet ally one or the original lightened to 10lbs you can machine the inside around the bolt holes to suit the clutchnet sprung hubs (if you don't you can only use the solid disks).
a2k5 got shorter gears. an its direct bolt up.
and the crx has a lsd or what year is that
Shorter gears = faster acceleration, but lower top speed.
And bad gas mileage at highway speeds
