    Exclamation fairly simple carb question..

ok, so I have an 86 honda accord, carbureted, single overhead. my question is, im trying to take off said carb to get to the accelerator pump, I have it dismounted, but I cant seem to get the idle boost diaphragm around the steel line behind said carb. I figure Im proly missing something obvious, but help would be appreciated. thanks!

I would unbolt the metal hard lines behind the carb from the manifold first then push them towards the firewall out of the way to get more clearance.

For next time, it may be better if you posted your car questions in one of the technical forums.

*Mods, please move this to technical or carb tech or general, w/redirect

    Nope.
