    fox fog lights

    well i finally got my rare fox fog lights installed. i had to use some bmw housings just so they would fit on my car and this is how it turned out. let me know what you all think.

    haha yeah i forgot who it was that told me on here that they were really rare and they were from a mustang or something like that but anyways thanks man im loving them more and more everytime i see them.

    HOLY SHIT!! WHERE DID YOU FIND THOSE?they are Marchal, it's a French brand, yes they are very rare, I've tried to find a set of unbroken yellow fogs for years

    Lost: they were at my local junk yard just chillin on some hood and i picked them up and saw the fox on it and i took them. i got them for free as well because the cashier dude didnt see them.

    shyboy: thats what happens when you buy a front engine mount from rockauto. its whatever thow ill buy another one some other time.

    you got a heck of a deal, they were an aftermarket item but Ford used them for a couple of their cars and trucks, normally when they are egay, they start a bidding war, I've seen a set with cracked lenses go for 200 bucks, if you watch egay you can sometimes find the covers, there was also a very rare set of heat activated covers, when you turned on the lights the heat made the covers rise out of the way, bimetallic spring. those are period correct for the cars, mid 80's, and I remember them being the light to have in the 80's

    o jeez i just saw a pair on ebay for $400 thats so crazy. im pretty satisfied with them. and there super bright almost as bright as my headlights haha i think im gonna save up and buy the plastic covers for them so they dont get damaged.

    alright sounds good just as long as you get some fogs because they look amazing on out cars
