so im pretty hell bent on making my sedan hellaflush JDM style. meaning, exhaust 15x8 inch rotas' with stretched rubber. SLAMMED. my first part is im going to build my own muffler. now i could order one from mufflermall.com for cheap but i want that "hey i built that too!" pride. so im going to build a canister style out of the piping and packing material. ill upload pics when its done.

not at the moment i dont have the material mit me but i will most likely post a build thread showing how to do it.that way everyone can do it too. i just have to find out what size the stock exhaust is on a 1gee. i think its 1 inch. basically if you have a 1 inch exhaust and thats the siz you want to stay you need to have about 14 inches of 1 inch exhaust tubing which is what i will do for now. ill also get some 3 inch tubing and some plate steel(the thin stuff.) then you drill holes into the middle 12 inches of the 1 inch tube. and 1 inch from the end you weld a donut around the tubing. the sid of the donut obviously needs to be wide enough to make contact with the 3 inch tube. then you wrap the 1 inch tubing in muffler packing material. slide the three inch tube over the packing and tack weld the end edge of the tube to the donut. then top the other end off with another donut.weld it up and you have yourself a muffler
