ive found a ist gen LX HB at a junkyard in kent. all intact, motor is still even good. its a 5 speed. its at AAA wrecking in kent. just a head up. i was the first to pull from it. i picked up a center console, headlight bezels a few interior pieces and a rear wiper motor.
w00t! that's only a few miles from me. Gonna have to go check it out! What color was it? How's the interior, mainly the seats?

the seats were trashes i would have taken them haha but its cream one. tan and brown interior. most the panels are there there are oven orginal beautyrings for stock steelies. but there are only three.but yeah id go check it out if i were you. its got all the glass and chrome mirrors. but the paint is faded.
Did you take the trim rings? I have an extra one I can give you so you can have a complete set. Chrome mirrors eh? Must be an older model or an LX or something. I'll give it a looksee this weekend. Thanks for lookin' out.
nahh i didnt take the rings. im sure theyll still be there when i get the money to go digging again... and yeah its a 79 lx hb

I'm East of the Cascades in Benton County. Glad I found this site; it is hard to find info/parts on the web for first gen Accords. I love seeing what all of you have done with your cars! You see a few on the roads from time to time. There is a mint green '80 or '81 LX I see in Richland sometimes. Still, they get rarer and rarer.
I need the metal trim that is on the quarter windows for my '76. If they are in good shape can somebody give me a price and possibly ship them to me in NH?

I live in Walla Walla. Over on the dry side of the state.
My Girlfriends great grandparents bought the car new and was in the family till she sold it about 4 years ago until I by chance found it on Craigslist and bought it back for 250 Bucks!
Changed the break pads, rotors and put on a new caliper and she was good to go! Everything works too! well minus the whole heat thing.
And as it turns out when its below freezing its not really a option.. haha!
