Awesome!
Awesome!
Great job on the swap man, I am glad it started up and worked out for you.
I also have to chip my ecu still.
Do you have both blue wires hooked up. The one's that go to the stock coil . One is for the for the tach the other is the ecu.
I went to the paint shop today and i forgot to look and make sure.

I'll try to get to it this weekend. In the mean time i gotta put up with school.Do you have both blue wires hooked up. The one's that go to the stock coil . One is for the for the tach the other is the ecu.
I used a desoldering braid i bought at radio shack and a soldering iron i got from homedepot. Nothing fancy my friend. I did pretty much what this guy did to desolder.Oh it's not the chipping I am worried about, I am a bit concerned about the de-soldering though as I don't have the fancy gun.

SO is the tw sensor working as the fan switch sensor? Im having the same issue with a halfrad at the moment. The drain bung on half rad is 1/4.

crome will do wonders for what you "pay"![]()
I ended up getting a check engine light. To check them with the way i have my harness set up i just have to ground pin D04 from the ecu side. Then turn the switch to the on position and the check engine light will start flashing at you. After you finish fixing whatever the code was reset your comp.
Also to properly set your dizzy just let the engine warm up then turn it off. Ground D04 and then start the engine. Use a timing light and get it to 15 degrees. Turn off car reset comp and you should be ready to go.
I still need to work on my tach but this week imma be busy writing papers and taking exams.
Just a quick video i made on my way to the library.

Almost any temp switch will work. You dont even have to have a honda sensor. Ground one side then the other is you'r switched ground to a relay.
Come to think of it... you dont even need a relay for that.

Sounds good man,I wanted a magnaflow but couldn't afford it so end up with a flowmaster 44.It to loud though so gonna add a glasspack as a resonator.Hey are those leds in your gauge cluster.
Looks like its running good!
mushroom_toy any temp sensor should work like 89T said. The a20a1 block i have has a sensor in the back near the black box. I believe that's another temp sensor as well and was thinking of using that as my fan switch. I'll check that out later.
ShyBoyCA6 I haven't had much time to look into it yet. Getting close to the end of the term and professors are hammering me down with exams and papers this week and the next.
import racer they are leds. I bought them from http://www.superbrightleds.com/
