Cleaned my bay up some today.

Yea im pretty sure a batt exploded at one point. lots of crappy rust. Imma take a wire brush to it and spray some can primer to keep the rust from spredding.

Awesome, there will be much less bounce with lower profile tires. On the rear, you should be able to cut some of that sleeve down. Not sure if there is enough threads to do that on the front. You could also remove the adjusters to lower a little more.

    Re: Tdurr's round two!

Yea smaller tires for sure but on my way to work at speed on a section or two of the interstate its really annoying so i need to fix it.

And the rear has no room to cut. The threads are like 3mm from the top. Its all the space under it. That i wanna get rid of.

Edit: ill prob be calling d2 tomorrow. They have a part # listed on their site for our cars.

Yeah tim i still dont know what to do about the ksports too....im almost werre i wanna be but not there yet height wise. I can lower the front a hair only thing i might be able to do in rear is cut the collar...but iirc im in the same boat.

Also how much were those upper control arms....I just bought napa brand ones, and I have the exact same ones, except mine came with balljoints....and it was only $100 for the pair.

    Re: Tdurr's round two!

I have the SPC/NAPA brand upper arms. I think they are a beefier look design. Mine came with ball joints as well. I think they were more like $80 each.

    Re: Tdurr's round two!

Always...one note on the napa ones. They will only be exactly like the ingalls/spc/whatever ones IF they say Made in USA on the box. I have seen several different designs of the napa ones and all are crap the ones that say Made in Korea, China, or Japan or India stay away from. Ones made in USA are what I have and theyre the same as tims. All have the same part # though.

    Re: Tdurr's round two!

Well i was going home from work the other day and heard a rattling noise so I checked it out and found this

Then talked to someone and realized i pulled a stupid and forgot this

Sorry bout all the sideways pics btw

Car rides 10x better, and i even lowered the car bout a inch more. Gonna try and get tires/steelies here soon, prelude front arms, go obd1, then get an aglinment so i know she drives great. Then its bushing replacement time. Poly or die.

You can get it out with a pic tool or small flat head screwdriver. You know you have to flip and re-drill the cam key. right?
