    Progress or Ground Control's??

Hey guys, right now I'm riding on Tokicos w/H&R Sport springs but want to go a bit lower. I'm trying to decide between Progress springs or going w/Ground Control's when I install my Konis. I believe the spring rates are about the same between the 2 of them and I will have the ajustability w/ the coilovers, but I want to know that you guys think. If you have either, let me know what your thoughts and experiences are with them.

I have ground control's myself. They're OK, but not fantastic. I have Koni's in the front and Tokico's in the rear, and I don't mind it, but will be replacing the setup very soon. The spring rates are ok, but I still find the front end a bit bouncy some days.

One major advantage to a coilover conversion like the Ground Control kit is that you can very easily change the springs out. They use a standard 2.5 inch spring, so you can order the bare springs cheap from a dirt track catalog.

i remember i emailed progress and they emailed me back.

2.0” drop all the way around and the spring rates were 360 in the front and 240 in the rear.
