b16 swap in 89 lxi

also my buddy had a 90 accord with an h22 swap dont know how different the engine bays are.. but.. could want an h22 possibly.

Don't put in a b16 unless it's fully built or some type of turbo. At my school a guy had a b16 hatch and with my stock a20 I could pull on him. His car just sounded nice at 8k

stock b16a is 160hp, or the same a a b20a but without the torque

dunno where i read it, but apparently a jdm b20a is a match torques wise to a S2k motor until the vtec jumps in.
but yeah, b16 aint exactly known for having much torque, they just make up for it with low gearing increasing the effective torque at the wheels.

b16a is perfect for little civics but when you get one in a bigger car its pushing on being money spent for little gain.
