the one auto-zone gave me and what im looking at under the car look different. the inside diameter on the one they gave me looks too big, i just want to see the actually item to compare it with what i got before yanking all this stuff out.

Hmm well if you go to Napa online and type in 88 accord and search radiator hose it. the first one will have both hoses and the one with more bends in it is the top one.
And I would stay away from autozone products. there not very good quality. Places like rockauto and Napa are better

A lot of times the parts houses will give you a universal hose. It isn't technically the right hose, but does contain the right hose if you cut it down. Anyway, if it's not a Gates hose, take it back.
