    Euro Accord

    My car is a Honda Accord 2.0i EX 12V 122hp '88

Which engine and gearboxes fit into this car?

I want a bigger engine (more horsepower! Who won't?) around 200-250, what should I do??

I woundring about a 16V dohc from prelude and turbo with intercooler, headers, sport exhaust, greenfilter and a 5-speed gearbox from prelude...

If I do what more do I have to change ? el. system, brakes, axels..???

    :help:

no one makes a kit for that... maybe in Norway but not over here. we do have a kit for B series motors tho. if u want to spend that much cash i would sugest getting a ITR(integra type R) motor and drop that in with high comp. pistons and more wild cams!
and for trannys... they have those and the place for the mounts...www.placeracing.com also makes axles and shiftrods.

just get the engine from the Accord 2.0i 16v

It has a great potential, it's available everywhere in norway and will give you great satisfaction :)

While you're at it, grab one for me too =P.

Seriously though, carotman is right. The B20 from another Accord is probably what you're looking for. The Prelude's B20 will not fit in your car, even though it is also another B20.

I thought that it doesn't fit, isn't that why you can't use the USDM 89 Prelude B20 in the 3G?

You're right, the 3rd gen Prelude B20A engine will not fit in our car.

The 2nd gen prelude B20A will fit in our car :)

So the B20A from a prelude will fit :)

Oh I see :D. I didn't know the JDM G2 Prelude had a B20. I thought it had the same A20 that was found in the North American version.
