Does anyone know how to fix the famous up and down rev on the 88 Honda Accord LXI. I heard lots have this problem and was told it was the air idle control valve. Need some help anybody know how to fix this ?

Vacuum leak. since you can't find it with search. Either a broken hose or the fast idle would be my guess

ok thanks .... I see if i can find that. Not exactly sure where its located though. Guess i got some research to do, I'm not the engine man I do wiring and speakers stuff like that so DIY stuff is new to me but Im willing to learn and want to learn.
