    Go to a hot rod show and ask around. Never have custom bodywork done without seeing the quality of the work on somebody else's car first.
    If one place is cheaper than another, there is usually a reason for that..

    By finding a car with shaved handles that look good you know that it will end up looking good on your car. You also may end up finding someone who can do it themselves in their free time and can save you a lot of money. Generally it is about $100-150 per handle just for the metal work. That doesn't include the door popper kit.

    Shaving door handles almost requires a complete repaint. They would have to paint the whole door and blend halfway into the rear quarters and front fenders with clearcoat going down the whole side of the car. If you are going to shave the door handles there is no reason to not shave the rest of the stuff and do a complete repaint.

    I only want to shave the rear handels, how is it actually done is the hole filled in with puddy or is a piece of metal welded over the hole??
