as for the rims I really don't have much of an idea as they were on the car when I bought it. The only other time I've seen these are in 5-stud on a Holden Commodore that came through my work.

Things varied somewhat according to market.
USA demanded sealed-beam lights until '85 (?), Europe may have had non-sealed earlier?
