That thing looks awesome! It looks like its rwd maybe.
I wish I knew who's car that is but i dont hopefully somebody does know cause I would love to see more pics of it.
It looks like its RWD or its just the tire rubbing the fender.

Its a guy in Calgary's winter beater. They put the ccw wheels on it just for fun and they rubbed like crazy as you can see in the picture.

The thing is he's on his breaks that's why I think is rwd and the front wheel had no motion blur. I'm Photographer spent some time picking this photo part
