car looks good on those wheels. Gotta love air horns, except for their delay lol. I was thinking of adding a little tank with a solenoid so they work instantly

Cheers. Yea, the wheels definitely suit it, but it looks like it's on stilts though, so definitely got to drop it soon. I might have a go at doing that on Monday, depending on how much is booked in at my mate's shop.

ShyBoy, I do love the footwell illumination, it just makes it a bit easier to get in and out as well, as you can see if there's any crap in the foot well.

The air horn delay is a bit annoying, but I don't mind it too bad.

I've had a play with Photoshop, and had a few ideas, and this is what I've come up with for next on the list of modifications - lowering it and refurbing the alloys to match the car.

    As it sits now:

    Photoshop of the planned look:

    What do y'all think?

Well I've been busy today and dropped it. Coil over kit on the front, and 3 coils chopped out the rear, and this is the result!

And it got some really nice camber on the front end too!!

I think you need to find me a set of those bumpers squirters. We didn't get those here so Ill need the entire kit. The reservoir, switch, squirters (don't need bumper), Any other applicable pieces. I've never seen those before

Sorry, my bad on the YouTube video. I thought most forums these days could embed YouTube videos into them. Guess not.

Yea, it sounds even better when driving round town as it echoes off all the buildings

    Re: 1988 Aerodeck

Cheers man. I'm thinking of going lower too! 60mm on the front and 40mm on the rear just isn't enough. I want maybe 80mm on the front and 60mm on the rear, make it look a bit better.

Yea, the rears are still captive. Kinda have to hold them in position whilst you drop the car off the jack so that they go where they're meant to, as I've cut 3 coils off of them. LOL

Really love what your doing to the Aero, but don't make the wheels green!
Black or anthracite would look good in my opinion.
Sub is looking clean, but not much space for a case of beer....
How did you smoke those lights?? Love it!!

    Re: 1988 Aerodeck

Cheers man. I smoked them with lens tiring spray. Just wipe them down and spray. I still need to t cut them to clear up the imperfections, but rain called off that today.

I am still undecided about the wheels. Eventually I will get a set of Rota RB 16" in anthracite with the polished lip, but not just yet as I have no money!

As for beers, that's what the back seat is for ain't it?
