I ended up marking all my timing marks with white enamel model paint as well as the crank cover timing mark numbers. Header back is in. wiring is connected. Have to tighten up all the hose clamps. check , check and re-check everything before I do anything else.





This will be easy to spot so I don't have to strain the eyes

So got it all wired up to do the check and make sure it's all calibrated before I take it apart and feed it where I want it at.

So after timing belt was loose and jumped timing....Bent valves. > .Getting some more valves and bent valves again.. > ...3rd times a charm and good to go. We have idle. Adjusted warm-up enrichment a little then let get to operating temp then revved it a little. I'm pretty happy now.Need to now clean up the bay. Time to start busting down to work on sanding back down the interior as well as body for paint in spring. Enjoy these clips to those who were waiting for this for sooo soooo long. ;D

Once i get everything all up and it's able to run on the street, I'll do a street tune as well as a track tune. I will do a dyno tune but just to see my numbers but thats it

I had to put it on the back burner since i'm out of the military now. I was working in Charleston, SC for a while but i'm back home now. I have a 20V head coming on Tuesday and i need to replace my drivers side wheel bearings and pit my new sticky tires on as well. Always a work in progress. I'll keep you informed on how it's going again
