What should I Get???
I am getting this stuff
-already flipped carb lid
-pacesetter exhaust
-pacesetter header kit
-k&n air filter
-nology spark plug wires
-stainless steel muffler
-high flow cat converter
That is the stuff I am getting, what other stuff can I do to my car or buy that is not WAY expensive that I can do to increase my hp and acceleration by the way my car is carb
Do you have NGK spark plugs?
Get an Accel Super Stock coil. They're $30.
Get a reground cam. It'll cost you around $150 and will make a big difference. YK86 is thinking about puttin together a group buy for cam regrinds from Colt. OpenLoop also does a cam regrind for our cars that is proven to give strong results.

What does the reground cam do for you car?
Well, the cam changes everything practically in your motor's dynamics. It allows for more air to enter the combustion chamber, which means more fuel is there, and that means more power...and the exhaust is open longer to allow for faster flow, which means more power.
Cam regrind = good.

dont get the Pacesetter exhaust... get the high flow cat and go to ur local exhaust shop an get them to bend you a 2.25 inch pipe from the header to the stainless muffler. put the cat inline. you will notice a huge diff in price and performance over the MONZA exhaust!

i always wondered, i just bought some ngk-r plugs and some ngk wires, is it ok to use those wires if i get that accel coil? some1 said once that the wires didn't matter much, is that true? i hope i can cuz they are so nice!!! hehe

First of all tell me if you have to be emissions legal. If not....there are several cheap ways to gain more horsepower. If so.....prepare to spend more cash for the legal stuff.....including the convertor and stuff. I don't even know if the regrind on the cam will still make you pass testing......anybody know?
In the end...it doesn't even matter.
