how to repair door pocket pulled loose from door?

The pocket (or whatever it's called) on the passenger side door of my 88 coupe has pulled loose, as you can see in the photo. To fix it, I believe I know how this will have to be done but always good to get others' opinion.

If you look closely at the photo, you can see the screw about half way down the pocket frame. Clearly, it has stripped out of the plastic pocket frame. The solution seems to be to remove the door panel and drill one or more holes and put screws in them.

I'm wondering whether I might have to replace some door fasteners to get the door panel to hold when I reinstall it.

The fastened is in the door ,metal and the screw threads into that.Was probably loose for awhile which is why it pulled out.

In other words, I might just need to tighten that screw. Is that what you're saying?

Since that would still require removing the door panel, I could easily verify whether that screw will still hold. If not, then ... as I previously posted.
