last lot of fuel got me about 33mpg, city driving
20 around town and 30 highway. stock b20a 5 speed. fuck knows why its so crap!!
wow, 70 views and 7 votes!
I'll post mine after my second tank. I got 26 first tank
I voted for 30-32, but I should probably change it to 28-30. The last tank was 32, but when I run the AC, it dips down to 26-27. My long, long term average is 29.2 MPG.
Not that anyone cares, of course. I'm just being overly detailed.

Okay guys, filled the tank the other day and amazed to find it getting 26.9 MPGs!!
Those were all city driving miles, and it was around 18-19 MPGs before the O2 sensor/injectors haha. Soo stoked! Its had shitty mileage since i bought it. so I'm kinda excited sorry haha...
yesterday i drove to my uncles house 85 miles away and with 3.2 gals i made it so thats around 26mpg but thats just all hwy and my 5th gear is still kinda short. if im going 75mph im already doing like 3500rpm

I've been keeping track of my economy lots lately
I had some shitty fuel in mine the other day, so I pumped out as much as I could, then drained what was left from the tank. so it was pretty much as empty as it'll ever get without going overkill.
after that I put in 4.7 litres (1.2 US gallons) and drove the car 67km (around 42 miles) before I decided to add more because it was sputtering a fair bit by then. That's around 14.25 km/l or 35 US mpg
That was completely nana-like driving, mostly around town, not much stop-go traffic, but a few stopping/startings of the car. half the time I had a passenger, and also my sub& going. also have no a/c.
semi-lead foot driving, with a fairly loaded car gets me about 11 km/l or 26mpg. so for every litre of petrol, i get about 3km more mileage by driving sensibly![]()
^^ This has been my experience too.

I need to check my car again cause last time I did it, I barely got 320 miles to the tank!![]()
just did a 1006 mile round trip to LA. I avg 350 miles to the tank. so around 29mpg that is with my GSR b series and i was doing an average of 90mph on the freeway. im sure i can get 30+ if was going a bit slower.

my last tank was 32 combo driving last road trip 42 mpg hwy, car is in for complete tear down shooting for 50 hwy when she's back on the road.
I don't know what 'normal' gas mileage is, so I didn't do the poll....
my 88 DX carb manual will easily get 34-36 mpg on the highway at 65-75mph all day.
around town in summer is 28-30, winter short trips is 26mpg.
.....so what's 'normal' here?
I get about 26-30 mpg depending On how hard I a m on the gas pedal. I used to get 300 plus miles out of a full tank without pushing it, now a can nearly make it to 300

I dont even know ... i got about 32MPG the last time i checked, but i really havnt calculated it! I need to do some mile counting again.. I guess ill post up what i find out when i find it out! Should be on saterday, if i freakin remember to put down the mileage on a bill when i fuel up.
Thing is, at 1.45$ a Liter, you dont try too hard to find out what your mileage is, when you only fill up every two weeks.. I dont know what i would do if i started calculating it Lol.. I have a "I dont care, im not going broke cos of the car" attitude, otherwise i might have less fun driving. The car is just a toy here, cos if i have to, i can take the bus.
