So I recently purchased an 87 lx sedan, its a really good car, drives well, and runs, but it needs a lot of interior and exterior replacements. So I need some help removing my front end and Fenders, I took the obvious screws and bolts off, from the front end, it came right off, but then once I got to the fenders it got tricky, see, I cant take off the bolts that hold the side marker lights with the fenders. So if some one can reply back, I would greatly appreciate that. thanks.
Why cant you take off your sidemarkers? you just flip the headlights up and there is 2 screws that you unscrew and they come right out. removing the fender there is 3 bolts on the top of the fender, 1 bolt near the driver door, 1 bolt at the bottom, and 2 bolts behind the side marker and bumper.
I cant reach those 2 bolts, there's no space for a wrench or torque wrench. And it seems like, I have to remove something else first before I take of the side mark, But I don't know what?
Did you remove the two screws in the side marker?
The light should just pull right out after those 2 screws are removed
