    Question B-series intake question

Finally got a b-series intake, really dirty so started to clean it up today.Gonna file down casting marks and what not and paint it.I noticed two things on the front and want to know do I need them, one looks like a idle control and the other to the right has a big hose that connects to the back.Do I need these or not.

you dont need the iacv. you need the fast idle vavle that controls your idle on are accords. Theres no source that controls air flow like obd1 does. unless you just block it off. idk how other members do it
