anyways. its an 84 toyota corolla hatch, sr-5 (sohc carbed). ive been wanting an AE86 forever, and when i lived in seattle it was hard to find one in decent shape, that ran, hadnt been ghetto rigged by teenagers, and was cheap. but now i finaly found one out here!!! i ended up paying $550 for it, and it runs! just needs a new radiator, and i just happen to have a spare one from my old 4dr kicking around so tomorrow morning im throwing it in and driving it to my shop. it ran good for a mini test drive.
heres the funny part...
the guy i bought it from, literally had no clue what it was or even what year it was. i guess he got it from his uncle for free and drove it home about 100 miles and its just been setting for about 3 months. damn thing fired right up on the first try! anyways, i guess ill have to postpone the v8 swap in the miata for a little while to get this thing in tip top shape so i can start modding it.

oh, and its 100% stock, no rust and only 1 tiny little dent on the rear passenger wheel arch/flare thingy. paint is a light blue thats got horrible oxidation, but other than that, its pretty mint!!!
