    pulling sensation

    allright guys, when I coast alot of the time, not all the time, my car kinda pulls. Like revs up so my speedo goes up and down. I don't know why. Give me some ideas so I can think of what to fix.... I am in a craze that I can fixanything right now since I put on my own vavle cover gasket hehe cinfidence is a good thing

    this is a classic act of clutch slippage. beleive me i just had my clutch fixed yesterday. for the second time in 1 year. even if you have a auto. if you notice it going up a hill that most likely what it is.
    ACT Stage 1, Short Ram Intake & 2.25 Dynomax custom catback w/4inch carbon fiber tip. Thats it for now.

    if it's an auto ! so you don't have a clutch ! you have something else ! ( don't remember its name !)

    sorry i can't really help with autos but did you check your tranny fluid ( level and denisty )

    well even if its a auto. a automatic can still slip. why dont you try using honda Automatic transmisson fluid

    I had a problem like yours, do you mean like when you floor it in 2nd it redlines and stays there, until you let off the accelerator. I had to replace my whole transmission. Mine started off just slipping here and there, accelerating awkwardly, then it got bad where 2nd gear was totally gone...

    if it is auto you have a torque converter. change your oil and filter in transmition. it is probably old anyway.
    i would say take it to Honda dealer so they can putt some good stuff in there.

    Mines been doing that, I took it to the dealership and they said they can flush the transmission but that may aggrevate the problem and that I should really look into a new or used transmission. I had them do the flush and it's a little better. I guess I'll wait until it completely craps out on me and put a prelude transmission in if I can find out if it has better ratios.
